When you place an order with us, the shipping costs will be calculated based on the specifics of your order, such as the size, weight, and destination.

 

Once we receive your order, we will carefully calculate the shipping fees and prepare a final invoice that includes the shipping costs. This ensures that you are charged accurately for the delivery of your items. By tailoring the shipping charges to your specific order, we aim to provide transparent and fair pricing for our customers.

 

Rest assured that the final invoice, including the shipping fees, will be sent to you promptly after your order is processed.

Return & Exchange Policy

"Our nursery is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

 

If you receive a plant that is damaged, it is vital to please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the plant for verification purposes. 

 

Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the affected plant. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for plants that have been planted or cared for improperly or if we have not been notified within 2 days from when order was received or if you have bought the incorrect plant.

 

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

Our goal is to provide you with healthy and thriving plants, and we strive to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
